Led by qualified instructors, our classes allow children at all athletic levels to develop foundational sports skills, explore the joy of movement, and discover the heart and mind that make a true athlete.

Do you coach athletes? The Rock provides a place to hold private or team sessions and safely challenge your players. HitTrax® is coming soon and will give your players a technological edge in the cage and on the field!
Our memberships make it easy to get in quality practice, build agility and speed, and up any player’s game. We also offer a Baseball Club every Wednesday and Thursday evening to gather youth athletes to challenge one another’s game and grow skills together.
